    Jack Charewicz is the Founder and CEO of Revibes, leading the company’s mission to eliminate single-use waste across Australia through innovative, scalable reusable systems. Before launching Revibes, Jack worked with a major North American reuse company, overseeing operations and strategy across the APAC region and gaining invaluable experience in large-format events, stadium partnerships, and circular system design. His professional background extends into renewable energy, strategic investment, and stock trading, giving him a diverse foundation in sustainability, commercial strategy, and high-growth business execution. Jack is also the co-founder of Remerch, a sustainable merchandise brand focused on reimagining corporate and event products through eco-conscious materials and thoughtful design. Above all, Jack’s proudest achievement—and driving force behind his ambition—are his two sons, Oli and Nico, who inspire his commitment to building a cleaner, more sustainable future.

    Rylee Lawler - Partnerships manager

    Rylee Lawler is the Partnerships & Marketing Manager at Revibes and the Co-Founder of Remerch, playing a central role in shaping how brands and events transition toward genuine sustainability. Passionate about purpose-driven work, Rylee leads key partnerships across major festivals, stadiums, and venues, helping deliver cost-effective, seamless reusable systems that eliminate single-use waste at scale. Her approach blends strategic marketing with operational understanding, ensuring each rollout not only supports environmental goals but also elevates brand experience. Through Remerch, Rylee reimagines corporate and event merchandise with thoughtfully designed, eco-conscious products that align with circular economy principles. With over five years’ experience in the aviation industry, she brings deep expertise in operations, customer experience, and high-pressure logistics—skills that now underpin her work in driving impactful sustainability initiatives across Australia.

    Tom Appleton is a strategic business advisor to Revibes, bringing a wealth of industry insight from his extensive background in beverages, brand building, and high-performance business operations. A former Diageo leader, Tom has worked across some of the world’s most iconic alcohol brands, gaining deep expertise in commercial strategy, marketing execution, and large-scale partnerships. He is also the co-founder of Mate Maker, a fast-growing beverage brand known for its innovation and strong market presence, and a successful BFT franchise owner, giving him hands-on experience in building, scaling, and operating consumer-focused businesses. Tom’s diverse commercial background, sharp strategic thinking, and proven ability to accelerate growth make him a key advisor helping guide Revibes through its next phase of expansion.

    Andrew Macarthur is an investor in Revibes and the founder of Cleanvibes, one of Australia’s leading event sustainability and waste-management companies. With years of hands-on experience running large-scale cleaning and resource-recovery operations, Andrew has built a strong reputation across the events industry for delivering efficient, environmentally responsible systems. He also oversees CDS (Container Deposit Scheme) programs across NSW and VIC, helping drive large-scale recycling outcomes and community engagement initiatives. Andrew’s operational expertise, industry insight, and commitment to reducing waste have played a key role in shaping Revibes’ strategic direction and supporting its mission to transform reuse across Australia.

    Cressida Hilken is the Sustainability Advisor at Revibes, bringing a wealth of expertise as an experienced grant writer, project manager, and sustainability consultant.
