He is also the founder of Cleanvibes and City Return and Earn, two companies with a strong focus on waste management and sustainability. His experience in the recycling industry has played a key role in shaping Revibes' business model, ensuring the scalability of its operations. Cressida brings a wealth of global experience and a passion for creating real change to the Revibes team. After spending over two decades across Europe, the UK, and the USA—where she ran her own successful Public Relations business—Cressida returned to Australia in 2020, determined to make a meaningful impact in sustainability.With a Master’s Degree in Sustainability from the University of Sydney and an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Cressida specialises in understanding consumer behaviour and aligning it with sustainable goals. Her mission is to support the transition to a circular economy, easing the pressure on our planet’s finite resources and driving tangible progress in waste reduction and environmental protection.Cressida’s expertise in sustainability communications helps Revibes bridge the gap between innovative solutions and real-world adoption, ensuring our vision of a waste-free future becomes a reality.

 

As Advisor of Operations, Rhys Ewers is responsible for ensuring that all processes at Revibes run efficiently and smoothly. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Rhys oversees the large-scale washing facilities, ensuring products are cleaned, handled, and delivered to the highest standards. His operational expertise ensures that Revibes’ solutions are both effective and sustainable, allowing the company to meet the needs of its clients while minimising environmental impact.

Alex McBride is the creative force behind Revibes' advertising and branding. With a deep passion for sustainability, Alex ensures that Revibes' message reaches the right audience through compelling marketing and storytelling.
