WASH. RENEW. REVIBE.

About Us

Ending single-use waste shouldn’t mean paying more or making life harder.
Revibes was founded on a simple belief: reuse should be the easiest and most cost-effective choice for venues, festivals and brands across Australia – and eventually, around the world.

How Revibes Started

Revibes was founded by Jack Charewicz, an Australian entrepreneur who has spent his career building businesses that solve real-world problems – from renewable energy to large-scale reusable packaging systems.

Before launching Revibes, Jack led the APAC arm of a leading North American reuse company backed by Live Nation and investors like Ashton Kutcher and Guy Oseary. In that role, he saw firsthand how well-designed reusable systems could divert millions of single-use cups from landfill at major venues, festivals and stadiums.

At the same time, he also saw the barriers:

  • Complex logistics that scared off venues and brands

  • Systems that were too expensive or clunky

  • Confusion in the market about what “sustainable” really means

Jack leads with a clear mission: build a local reuse model that is smarter, leaner, and tailored to the Australian market – a system that venues, councils, festivals and airlines could plug into without needing to reinvent their operations or blow out their budgets.

Revibes was born from that vision.

About Jack – Founder & CEO

Jack is a builder by nature. He grew up in Adelaide, working jobs from a young age, and has never really seen “work” as work – it’s always been passion, curiosity and problem-solving.

His career has spanned:

  • Renewable energy – helping accelerate the shift away from fossil fuels

  • Strategic investment & stock trading – understanding how capital flows, risk and growth intersect

  • Global reuse systems – overseeing reuse operations across the Asia-Pacific region for a major North American brand

This mix of backgrounds means Jack approaches the waste crisis with three lenses:

  1. Environmental: how do we materially reduce waste and emissions at scale?

  2. Commercial: how do we make reuse cost-competitive – or even cheaper – than single-use?

  3. Operational: how do we keep things so simple that venues and brands actually enjoy using the system?

Jack is also a dad to two young boys, Oli and Nico. They’re a big part of his “why”. Revibes isn’t just about building a strong business – it’s about leaving them, and their generation, with something better than a world buried in plastic.

Our Model: Making Reuse the New Normal

Revibes exists to make reuse frictionless.

We design and deliver reusable cup and packaging systems that replace single-use plastics at:

  • Stadiums and arenas

  • Music festivals and outdoor events

  • Bars, clubs and hospitality venues

  • Corporate events and brand activations

  • Airlines, travel and tourism experiences

Designed for high performance, not just good intentions

Every part of the Revibes model is built for real-world use:

  • Durable drinkware: Our cups are manufactured to handle hundreds of commercial wash cycles while maintaining food safety and visual quality.

  • Smart system design: We standardise sizes and formats so stock can move easily between events, venues and cities.

  • Circular logistics: Cups are used, collected, washed, sanitised and recirculated in a continuous loop – staying in use for years before being recycled at end-of-life.

  • Data-driven decisions: As we grow, we’re focused on tracking flows, return rates and utilisation so we can continually optimise stock, washing capacity and logistics.

The outcome?
A system that can match or beat the total cost of single-use over time – while dramatically cutting waste to landfill.

Taking On the Waste Crisis in Australia

Australia has a big waste problem. We use billions of disposable cups and food containers every year, most of which end up in landfill or the environment, even when they’re labelled “compostable” or “biodegradable”.

Revibes is our answer to that.

Starting where it matters most

We focus on high-impact environments where disposable packaging piles up fast:

  • A single stadium can go through tens of thousands of cups in one night.

  • A busy festival weekend can create mountains of single-use waste.

  • Large hospitality groups can generate streams of “back-of-house” plastic that is rarely seen by the public but adds heavily to landfill.

By flipping these locations from single-use to reusable systems, we can:

  • Eliminate hundreds of thousands – and eventually millions – of disposable items every year

  • Reduce contamination in recycling streams

  • Cut venue waste management costs and clean-up time

  • Give brands and councils a visible, tangible sustainability story that people can actually see and touch

Built for legislation – and beyond it

Across Australia, state and territory governments are rolling out bans and restrictions on single-use plastics. That pressure is only heading in one direction: tighter rules, fewer disposable options, more accountability.

Revibes is designed for this future:

  • We provide venues and brands with a practical, compliant alternative to banned or at-risk single-use items.

  • Our model helps councils and event organisers align with upcoming policies and targets without scrambling each time new rules come in.

  • Instead of constantly switching from one single-use material to another, we help our partners step out of the throwaway cycle altogether.

Our goal is simple: when the next round of plastic bans hits, our partners are already ahead of the curve – not racing to catch up.

Beyond Australia: A Platform for Global Reuse

The waste crisis isn’t an Australian problem. It’s global.

From Jack’s time working with reuse systems in North America and Europe, we know two things for sure:

  1. Reuse works – when systems are well-designed, return rates can be extremely high and operationally smooth.

  2. Every region needs a local model – built to fit its own logistics, regulations, culture and geography.

Revibes is building with that in mind.

While our home base is Australia, we’re designing our systems with the flexibility to scale into new cities and countries, working with partners that share our vision: to make reuse accessible, affordable and normal.

Long term, we see Revibes as part of a global ecosystem of reuse operators – each rooted locally but connected by shared standards, technology and best practice. Think of it as the “Uber of reuse” mindset: easy to plug into, familiar wherever you go, but adapted to local conditions.

Our Vision

We picture a future where:

  • Ordering a drink in a reusable cup is as ordinary as tapping your card.

  • Stadiums, festivals and airlines operate with minimal single-use packaging, without compromising speed or experience.

  • Brands proudly talk about how many reuses they’ve achieved, not how many “eco” disposables they’ve purchased.

  • Kids like Jack’s sons grow up seeing reuse as the default – not the exception.

Revibes is here to help build that future, starting in Australia and expanding outward.

Join Us

Whether you’re a stadium operator, council, festival organiser, hospitality group, airline or brand, we’d love to show you how reuse can work for you – without increasing your costs or complicating your operations.

This isn’t just about cups. It’s about changing the way we think about packaging altogether:

From disposable to durable.
From waste to asset.
From problem to opportunity.

That’s the story of Revibes. And we’re just getting started
